Tammy, Morgan, Taylor and the rest of the BT team have decades of title and real estate experience, and we put all of that knowledge and know-how to work every day. As a family-owned company, we know relationships matter, so we’re always cultivating ours with you. Each of us is caring, responsible and professional. Thanks to our multiple underwriting options, we can also be extra flexible when problems need to be solved. There’s an in-house attorney whenever we need her, and all of us understand that we represent our company – and the Duncan family – during every interaction with our customers.

We love our communities – besides our Mt. Juliet office, we also have Birthright Title locations in Carthage and Goodlettsville. It’s why we’re proud members of so many local organizations.
