Even when there is no major change, checking in builds trust and reassures everyone that the process is moving forward. We know closings can move fast. That’s why all of us must be responsive and ready to guide people to their home sweet home.
Speak plainly and clearly with your clients. We know real estate comes with its own language, but remember, our buyers and sellers don’t live in this world every day the way we do.
